What made this home stand out?

Some of the newer developments weren’t up to size and we like the placement of the ensuite bedroom, it was on top rather than in the front like in older style homes. We liked the newest of it all and the fact it’s three stories the square footage was nice and we like the fact we have a deck in the back.

Would you recommend Valente developments to friends and family?

Yes, I already have, people have come to see the home and like it. Back when there were still open houses on this street I told coworkers that it was worth having a look.

What did you like about the building process?

I liked how the representative said we could show up whenever we wanted, grab a hard hat and come check on the progress of the home as it was being built. My wife loved going to the suppliers and choosing the materials. We liked the suppliers and all the choices we were able to make. The best part was coming every week, seeing the progress and watching it all come together.

How was working with Gabe?

I found Gabe approachable and he always answered everything I asked him.

What were your favorite parts of the process?

For my wife it was choosing the materials, for me it was walking it in the first time and realizing I liked the place right of the bat, and knowing I didn’t want to look anymore.

Overall it was on schedule.

There were a number of reasons we built with Valente, the main one being we wanted to be in the East Windsor/Tecumseh area and Valente had developments in our desired area. The reason we choose this particular spot was because it was one street with the same style house rather than an entire subdivision. We also choose our home based on the floor plan. The floor plan was large compared to the townhouses we looked at before picked this particular developer.

The building process was smooth, and our sales representative Brenda Hawtin was amazing. Simply excellent – she was very helpful and she kept us informed and did an excellent job.

We love our new home and like being on one floor. We find it very convenient and we’re really enjoying it. We have a large dinning area and sitting area which is great since we like to do a lot of entertaining.

We would build another house with Valente because the quality was good and we really liked the finishes like the cabinets, countertops and flooring. And we didn’t find it necessary to upgrade much since they had great quality stuff.

One of the things we enjoyed was that we kept a list of little things that needed to be fixed when we bought the new house and I gave the list to the Valente representative. He was very quick about getting workers here to fix the little things. They were done very promptly and done well. The after service has been awesome.

If one of our friends was looking to build a townhouse, yes I would tell them Valente is a great choice. In fact we have a friend who lives down the street and one friend who lives in another Valente development and all three of our families are very happy with the spaces.

Purchasing this Valente Home was a no brainer for me. I was down sizing at the time. The minute I walked through the door, I knew this home was for me. I’m physically challenged and with a few alterations which were completed as asked. I now am enjoying my home to the fullest. Many thanks to Roger Sasseville for his co-operation.

I was considering having our retirement home built by another builder on my own lot, but from the moment I walked in the open house – I knew this was the home for us!! It had amazing finishes and features and was priced far lower than the quotes I had from the other builders. Even after I had moved in, Valente has attended to any concerns in very short order. I would definitely recommend Valente Home Development for others looking to build a new home!

We have just moved from Alliston to Windsor and have recently purchased a Valente Home on Boulder Crescent. Our previous home was a custom built and so our expectations were quite high. The quality of the design and workmanship in our new home exceeds our expectations.. Any questions that we have had have been quickly resolved by the project manager and / or Valente trades.
