    Valente Development Corporation was formed as a real estate development company in 1996 by President Peter Valente.

    Some landmark projects developed by Valente Development Corporation include, St. Genevieve Place Lofts, Wildwood Park Condominiums, Spring Garden Villas, Southwood Trails Subdivsion, Victorian Gardens , The Enclave of Tuscany Oaks, and The Estates of River Oaks.

    Valente Home Development was incorporated in 2011 to become the home building arm of Valente Development.

    The Mortgage Centre HCC Mortgages Ltd provides mortgage brokerage services. We source financing products from Canada’s leading mortgage lenders and can help our clients find the lowest rates and terms to financing their new home purchases.
